Your GeoSomni Grounding floor Mat is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If you purchased your mat through Amazon and are still within Amazon’s applicable return window, please submit your return or replacement request directly through your Amazon account.

If you discover a manufacturing fault after the applicable Amazon return window has closed, but within 12 months of purchase, please contact GeoSomni directly with your proof of purchase and details of the issue. (Please email us at [email protected]). Where the product is found to be defective, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
