12-Month Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty

GeoSomni stands behind the quality of our products. Your GeoSomni Grounding Floor Mat is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
This limited warranty is provided by Alexien LLC, doing business as GeoSomni.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use of your GeoSomni Grounding Floor Mat within 12 months of the original purchase date.
What We Will Do
If your product is determined to have a defect covered by this warranty, GeoSomni will provide a replacement at no cost to you, including standard shipping of the replacement product.
You will not be required to return the defective product.
If a replacement is unavailable or cannot reasonably be provided, GeoSomni may instead provide a refund of the purchase price paid for the product.
If you believe your GeoSomni product has a manufacturing defect, please email us at:
- your name;
- your order number or other proof of purchase;
- a brief description of the issue; and
- photographs or other reasonable information showing the issue, where appropriate.
We may request additional reasonable information if needed to assess your claim.
Once your claim has been reviewed and accepted, we will arrange your replacement. There is no need to send the defective product back to GeoSomni.
Products Purchased Through Amazon
If you purchased your GeoSomni product through Amazon and are still within Amazon’s applicable return or replacement window, you may choose to submit your request directly through your Amazon account.
If Amazon’s applicable return window has closed but your product is still within GeoSomni’s 12-month warranty period, please contact GeoSomni directly at [email protected].
GeoSomni’s 12-month limited warranty is separate from Amazon’s marketplace return policy.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- - normal wear and tear;
- - damage caused by misuse or abuse;
- - accidental damage;
- - improper care or storage;
- - damage caused by failure to follow the supplied use or safety instructions;
- - unauthorised modification or alteration of the product or its components; or
- - damage caused by external circumstances that are not the result of a defect in materials or workmanship.
Change of Mind
This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not provide a return or refund for change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction where the product is not defective.
Purchases made directly through geosomnigroup.com are subject to GeoSomni’s applicable Returns & Refunds Policy.
Your Legal Rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
