This Privacy Policy explains how Alexien LLC, doing business as GeoSomni (“GeoSomni,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit geosomnigroup.com, purchase from our online store, contact us, or voluntarily subscribe to our marketing communications.

Information You Provide When Placing an Order

Payment card information is processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. GeoSomni does not receive or store your complete payment card number through WooCommerce.

Marketing Information

information about your interaction with marketing emails, depending on our email-platform settings, such as email opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and similar engagement information.
We use Klaviyo to manage email marketing and subscriber information.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option included in our marketing emails or by contacting us.
Technical and Website Information
When you visit our website, our website, hosting provider, ecommerce software, payment services, and security systems may automatically process certain technical information, such as:

3. Ecommerce and WooCommerce
Our online store is powered by WooCommerce.
WooCommerce enables us to process orders and may store information associated with your purchase, including your name, email address, telephone number where provided, billing and shipping addresses, products ordered, order history, and information about the payment method used.
This information is stored within our WordPress/WooCommerce environment and associated hosting infrastructure.
4. Payments and Stripe
We use Stripe to process payments for purchases made through geosomnigroup.com.
When you make a payment, information necessary to process and secure the transaction may be provided directly to Stripe. This can include payment information, billing information, transaction information, device information, and other information Stripe uses to process payments, prevent fraud, and provide its services.
Stripe processes personal information in accordance with its own privacy practices.
GeoSomni does not receive or store complete payment card numbers processed by Stripe through our WooCommerce checkout.
5. Order Fulfillment, M2E, and Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment
Orders placed through geosomnigroup.com may be fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) using our integration with M2E Cloud.
To fulfill your purchase, information necessary for delivery may be transmitted through M2E to Amazon. This may include:
your name;
shipping address;
contact information where required for delivery;
products ordered;
quantities ordered;
order identifiers; and
other information reasonably necessary to fulfill and track the shipment.
Amazon MCF uses order and shipping information to fulfill orders, arrange delivery, provide fulfillment updates, and operate its fulfillment services.
M2E also receives and processes information needed to transmit eligible WooCommerce orders to Amazon MCF and return order status and tracking information to our WooCommerce store.
An order fulfilled by Amazon MCF remains a purchase from GeoSomni when it was placed through geosomnigroup.com.
6. Website Hosting
Our website is hosted using FastComet infrastructure.
As part of providing web-hosting and security services, our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, server logs, website requests, and other information required to host, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the website.
7. Email Marketing and Klaviyo
We use Klaviyo to manage voluntary email marketing subscriptions and marketing communications.
If you choose to subscribe, your email address, subscription status, and related marketing information may be stored and processed through Klaviyo.
Depending on the settings applied to our marketing communications, Klaviyo may also process information about interactions with our emails, such as opens and clicks, together with related technical information.
Marketing subscription is voluntary.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe option contained in the email or by contacting GeoSomni.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending non-marketing communications that are necessary in connection with an order, warranty claim, customer-service request, or other transaction.
8. Analytics and Advertising Tracking
At present, GeoSomni does not use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or Google Ads conversion tracking on geosomnigroup.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy if we introduce analytics, advertising, or additional tracking technologies in the future.
Google Search Console may be used to understand how GeoSomni appears and performs in Google Search. It is separate from Google Analytics and is not used by us as a website visitor analytics platform.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies that are reasonably necessary to:
maintain shopping-cart contents;
remember website sessions;
operate checkout;
process and secure payments;
prevent fraud and abuse;
maintain website security; and

WooCommerce / WordPress service providers for ecommerce functionality;
Stripe for payment processing and fraud prevention;
M2E Cloud for WooCommerce-to-Amazon MCF integration;
Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment and its carriers for fulfillment, shipping, and delivery;
FastComet for website hosting and infrastructure;
Klaviyo for voluntary email marketing;
professional advisers such as accountants, legal advisers, or other advisers where reasonably necessary; and
government authorities, regulators, courts, or law-enforcement agencies where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, security, or safety of GeoSomni, our customers, our service providers, or others.
