This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made directly through geosomnigroup.com.
GeoSomni is operated by Alexien LLC, doing business as GeoSomni.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind on purchases made directly through geosomnigroup.com.
This includes circumstances where you:
change your mind after purchasing;
decide you no longer want or need the product;
purchase the product unintentionally; or
are dissatisfied for reasons unrelated to a defect, damage, or incorrect supply.
Please review the product information carefully before placing your order.
This policy does not affect any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Defective Products
GeoSomni Grounding Floor Mats are covered by our 12-Month Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at:
Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photographs or other reasonable information where appropriate.
If your product is determined to have a defect covered by the warranty, GeoSomni will provide a replacement at no cost to you, including standard shipping of the replacement product.
You will not be required to return the defective product.
If a replacement is unavailable or cannot reasonably be provided, GeoSomni may instead provide a refund of the purchase price.

Products Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Please include:
your order number;
a brief description of the damage; and
photographs of the product and/or packaging where appropriate.
Once we have reviewed the issue, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.
Please do not send a damaged product anywhere unless GeoSomni specifically asks you to do so.
Incorrect Products or Order Errors
If you receive an incorrect product or there has been an error with your order, please contact us at [email protected].
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy at no additional cost to you.
Please do not return an incorrectly supplied product unless GeoSomni specifically instructs you to do so.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be sent to our fulfilment provider shortly after payment is confirmed.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order that has not yet entered fulfilment. However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once processing or shipment has begun.
If we successfully cancel an order before fulfilment, any payment collected for the cancelled order will be refunded.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved under this policy, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once GeoSomni has processed the refund, the time taken for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Shipping charges will also be refunded where required by applicable law or where the refund results from an error for which GeoSomni is responsible.
Amazon Purchases
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies only to purchases made directly through geosomnigroup.com.
If you purchased your GeoSomni product through Amazon, returns and refunds available through the Amazon marketplace are subject to Amazon’s applicable policies for your order.
Your separate GeoSomni 12-Month Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty may continue to apply after Amazon’s applicable return or replacement window has closed.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
You may have additional rights under applicable federal or state law.
